What do you mean by welcome logo? If is the shaking hands, it can´t be changed, as fas as I know, on S60v3.

y ARE MAKIN ME LAUGH NJ_7:smileyvery-happy:, ITS NOT THAT SHAKING HANDS!
Welcome logo can be changed through the settings of any SERIES 60 1ST,2ND or 3RD EDITION PHONES.
I often change my welcome logo and did never face such bad incident that even after the latest fw upgrade the N73 faces!
tO KDJD:WHERE ARE Y DUDE?
I mean each time y change yr welcome pic it tends to reboot or it only occured once?
If it repeats then do a soft reset.

Re: for people who have there nokia N73 updated !!

nj_7 .. there is an option to change the welcome logo by :

menu --> tools --> settings --> phone --> general --> welcome note / logo

it gives me three options (default, text and image) .. when I choose specific image, the mobile phone stop responding then I should reboot it (by my self), even my N73 has the last version of firmware ...

so any ideas would be greatly appreciated ..

Regards,
KDJD

Okay, a soft reset may help to reorder the disordered ones.
And a hard reset does quite like a disk error checkin' like in winXP although it also cleans up phone memory.
