n95 firmware update problem with navigation

Have just completed the firmware upgrade on my n95
now I find that when going into satnav app it is asking me to purchase again for the voice activation when I have already paid for the full program.I don't want to be charged again any ideas?

Hi guvnorj

1. Start Maps application.

2. Go to Options > Extra services

3. Select Add navigation > Accept > Purchase > Select the correct region (i.e. the region you have earlier purchased the navigation for).

4. You see a list of licenses with different lengths of time. You don't need to select the correct length, just go directly to Options > Update

5. Allow connection to license server to check purchase & license options by selecting "Yes" and by selecting Internet access point (if asked).

6. A note "xxx-day license activated" is shown where xxx is the amount of days left of your license.

Thank-you for the reply worked first time I take it everytime I do a firmware update this procedure will have to be processed?

I have the same problem, except when I select the region I get the following message:

"Premium rate SMS sending failed Try again?"

Then I get:

"Unable to send message: 57581"

Selecting ok repeats the process.

I had to reset my N95 and re-install the firmware. Would this effect this?

Where can I get help with this?

As it stands now, my GPS will not guide me even without voice assistance.

Please help.

I get this error sometimes. You will get the option to send the SMS again. Just say yes and it should go out again.

Show the KUDOS button some love.... Hit that bad boy.... It don't hurt....

Hi there, I'm getting the exact same problem when trying to buy a license for mapping for the N95.

"Premium rate SMS sending failed Try again?"

Then I get:

Selecting ok repeats the process.

I've rang Vodafone, Nokia and called into a Vodafone store and no one has a clue how to fix this? Each blames the other.

Any advice please?
