I attached my E71 via buletooth, and wasn't informed about incoming calls,However,I connected Pc Suite 7 via usb cable(ca-101),the funcation is available.
How can I reslove this problem?

Its actually a good question which was raised by you now? But already i have posted this on this same forum earlier too... We dont have any complete details which handsets support these (New incoming and SMS notification) features on bluetooth and USB Cable... Does anyone have answers for this

However, please note that the cable is a Nokia product thus the incoming call alert is available with this phone. However, as the Bluetooth device on your computer is not a Nokia product, certain functions like the incoming call alert may not be available due to the differences in technical specifications for connectivity.

Hi xufree,

Its becoming serious issue now. I have checked the same with Nokia e51 handset, when its connected via USB, incoming call notification is there but when the same phone is connected via bluetooth its not ... To add more fuel to this fire, while incoming call notification received on the PC, if you try to reject the call by selecting the message icon of the notification , new icon will be opening which will have an option to send messages to the caller, Here even if the caller's name is stored on the phone, it will display the number of the person called you Is it expected one ??? NO clues. If the contact person's name is already saved on the phone, why its showing the number of the person called instead his name ???? I dont think they (nokia) might have this feature on their software delivered to the user
